Jaci is a breath of fresh air with an amazing understanding of people and the ability to draw you in. The series starts out with 16 year old Roz who becomes president, her best friend Wes who is autistic and smart as hell, and her friend Molly. They all end up together helping to run the new country. Roz is strong, hands on, loyal, empathetic, and kind. Roz, her friendships, and the country grows under her leadership. She makes many new friends and learns what heart ache and loss truly mean. She also has found a guy she loves, but won't let them be in a relationship due to him and his sister getting hurt. Got 1/3 in and had to stop. It put me to sleep! Seems maybe good story there, but I believe a turtle moves faster than this book.
Love these characters, I love that she incorporated a differently Abled character who does amazing things!
If you enjoy YA- this price Of Dystopian is for you! You will love it!
Good Series.
It is different and refreshing to have read these books. Not at all what I was expecting. I loved every book in this series! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the very ending. I believe that could have been a little different. But overall fell in love with the story and characters!
I love the characters and the storyline. Not your typical dystopian book, but still really good. I would Love to see the series through other eyes such as Dex!
I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of some spelling errors I caught right off the bat. Otherwise it would be 5.
